Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level or Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst to drive Control Account Management (CAM) and support BDS Fabrication in Berkeley, MO.
This role will work in support of understanding cost performance, interface with programs and drive cost reductions.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level or Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Validates Control Account Authorization
Charges line setup – Providing CSOW to CFSM
Evaluates and spread Control Account budgets
Develops & maintains EACs & ETC time-phasing
Quantify Risk & Opportunity
Reviews actuals/expenditures for accuracy & proper charging – leverage IRE bynames dashboard
Completes Variance Analysis
Cost performance analysis for Fabrication SOW to support Program CAMs
Provides Fabrication Operations weekly and monthly cost performance information and understand variances
As a newly formed position you will join a team creating the processes, RAA, and standardization working with Finance, Program Management, and other support functions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years’ experience analyzing requirements to develop action plans and facilitate implementation efforts
5+ years’ experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years’ experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts
3+ years’ experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Mid-Level: USD $79,050 – $106,950
Summary pay range Lead Level: USD $93,500 – $126,500
